The Gdansk Mystic Festival is an annual music and cultural event held in Gdansk. It is a celebration of music and culture, featuring a diverse lineup of artists from around the world. Gdansk Mystic Festival 2024 it’ll start on the 5th of July and last for four days, until the 8th of July.
The Gdansk Mystic Festival takes place at the B90 venue, located on the banks of the Vistula River in the former Gdansk Shipyard. The festival also offers camping facilities for those who want to stay on-site and fully immerse themselves in the festival experience.
History of Gdansk Mystic Festival
Mystic Festival was born in 1999. Some of the biggest stars in and around metal have already performed in Poland under this banner, including Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Slayer, Slipknot, Celtic Frost, Sabaton, King Diamond, Nightwish, Mercyful Fate, Opeth and Emperor. After editions in Krakow, Wroclaw, Chorzow and Katowice, and a hiatus of several years, Mystic Festival returned to the map in 2019 in Krakow, and finally found its place in the unique space of Gdansk Shipyard.
The festival is known for its heavy lineup of artists, which includes mainly heavy metal bands, with a range of performers from around the world. Mystic Festival is also a unique space in the Gdansk Shipyard. There are five music stages – open-air and indoor – as well as a cinema, exhibitions, and a venue for meetings and debates. There will also be a food truck area, craft beer and entertainment zone where you can relax in between concerts.
Gdansk Mystic Festival 2024 line-up
The line-up of the 2024 edition of the Mystic Festival has been revealed since October 2023. In 2024, you may expect to see, among others: Megadeth, Machine Head, Biohazard, Body Count, Paradise Lost and many, many more. In total, nearly 90 artists will perform at the festival.

Blind Bird and early bird tickets are sold long before the festival. Now, you may only buy regular tickets, which include:
- 4 day ticket – 799 PLN
- 4 day VIP tickets – 1299 PLN
- Weekend Tickets (Friday, Saturday) – 549 PLN
- One day tickets – 349 PLN
Gdansk Mystic Festival 2024 accommodation
Just like last year, this year Mystic Camp will offer its venue to the guests. However, this year anyone may book a parcel for a tent, car slot, or camper slot at the Mystic Camp, located in Plac Zebran Ludowych – it’s within walking distance from the festival venue. The price is 149 PLN for the car/tent and 499 PLN for a camper.
Those that don’t book the camping place, will need to look for other accommodation. Unfortunately, the closest area with hotels or apartments to hire is in the city centre, which makes it expensive. So if you come to the festival, book your hotel in advance.
